Organization

The Organisation theme ensures that the roles of the project are filled and communicated. The Project Initiation Document (PID) and the Communications Management Strategy both refer to the organisation theme. 

The PID outlines the overall plan for the project.  It includes a section that identifies who is responsible for each part of the project and outlines who has authority for decision making and approvals. 

The Communications Management Strategy outlines what the communication needs are for the project including: who communicates what and to whom, the communication frequency and form of communication. 

Stakeholder management is a significant component for any project.  Poor stakeholder involvement and visibility of success can render a project unsuccessful even if it has delivered the product as described in the Project Initiation Document (PID).
