Project Executive

The Project Executive is responsible for the business case and ensuring it is reviewed at project board meetings to give the project visibility so that it remains viable. In line with this responsibility, the Project Executive controls the budgets and ensures that the project is delivering in terms of value.

The Project Executive is responsible for ensuring that the project remains focused on its objectives, producing an end product that benefits the Stakeholders.
