Managing Product Delivery

This is the process of managing the actual delivery of the product within any given stage. It may be carried out by the Project Manager on smaller projects, or by the Team Lead(s) for larger projects. Team Leads report to the Project Manager at specified intervals and reports any breach to tolerances around budget, time, scope, and quality.
