Controlling a Stage - Ampere Association

Controlling a Stage

Controlling a Stage involves the Project Manager monitoring the stage to ensure that it stays within the planned tolerances. Depending on the size of the project the Project Manager may take responsibility for the stage or may delegate this to Team Lead(s). Regardless, the Project Manager controls the stage and  monitors any issues that might arise.

If Work Packages within a stage are breached in term of tolerances the Team Lead will produce an Exception Plan to let the Project Manager know.
