TradeUP – Introduction to the Skilled Trades for Women

Less than 5% of the people in the skilled trades identify as women… But times are changing.

Why are there so few women in the skilled trades? Andy Calitz, CEO of LNG Canada says “This lack of diversity isn’t a women’s issue, it’s a workplace issue. We’re missing out on a talented demographic. We want women to know there is a place for them in our projects.”
