No-cost training to help employers achieve mandatory AODA compliance
The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) includes mandatory requirements for Ontario businesses to ensure accessibility in the workplace, online and in customer service.
Ampere’s Enabling Change program offers no-cost training to employers to
- Meet mandatory AODA requirements for their business.
- Ensure that they’re meeting the needs of both employees and customers living with disabilities (PLWD).
- Access a broader talent pool, and a wider market for your business.
This program is funded by the Government of Ontario.
