An engaging summer youth mentorship program built to nurture tomorrow’s leaders through hands-on learning, mentorship, and community involvement.
Amp L.E.A.D. Lab is designed to equip teens, age 13-17 years old, with leadership skills, real-world experience, and the confidence needed to step into future leadership roles. This immersive program provides hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to Ampere’s summer programs, community events, and digital initiatives.
A 4-week program in July focused on foundational leadership skills like communication, teamwork, and time management. Participants will gain hands-on experience building through supporting leaders at Ampere camps.
A 4-week program in August focused on foundational leadership skills like communication, teamwork, and time management. Participants will gain hands-on experience building through supporting leaders at Ampere camps.
An 8-week program spanning July and August where participants progress from foundational skills to advanced leadership, complete a capstone project, and receive a reference letter to support their career advancement.
Benefits and outcomes
During the L.E.A.D. Lab Program, youth participants will
