We'll explore what the Agile mindset is and why it matters even more in today’s AI Landscape. This workshop is led by special guest Reena Narayan, an Agile Trainer and Change Leader, focused on helping people and teams work smarter in fast-moving, human-centered environments. She brings a practical, people-first approach, turning Agile from theory into something simple, usable, and grounded in real work. She also humanizes change, helping people make sense of what is shifting, build confidence, and move forward without overwhelm. Reena has designed and delivered Agile and change learning experiences across global teams, supporting early-career learners through to experienced practitioners. Her sessions are interactive, relatable, and focused on building confidence, helping people not only understand Agile, but apply it while navigating change with clarity and momentum. She is passionate about simplifying complex ideas, creating psychologically safe spaces, and helping people take meaningful steps forward, even in uncertainty.
