Course Overview:

This course is designed to introduce grades 3-7 learners to artificial intelligence, or AI for short. This course focuses on what AI is and how it has evolved over the years. Learners will discover how to spot fake content created and generated by AI. They will look at AI’s harmful uses and effects, and learn how to be safe online.

Course Objectives:

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

  • Understand what AI is and how it has evolved.
  • Identify fake content generated by AI.
  • Apply the tools and strategies they have learned in course scenarios.
  • Be more confident when navigating the challenges of online information.
