Eh I Season 2: More Voices, Bigger Questions About AI | Ampere

STORIES & IMPACT

Eh I Podcast Returns for Season 2. More Voices. Bigger Questions.

Eh I is back for Season 2, with new guests and bigger questions about AI, learning and community. The first two episodes are out now.

Lindsay, Ontario, 7/10/2026 – Season two of the Eh I podcast is here, and we can’t wait to bring more challenging perspectives and insights to the ever-evolving questions of how AI will impact the way we teach, learn and prepare youth for a complex future.

Season 1 explored what AI means for learning and for education professionals and tech leaders. Across seven episodes, guests shared classroom experiences, discussed digital literacy and challenged assumptions about new technology. Chris Kennedy  described translation tools helping students participate, while Benjamin Riley questioned whether outsourcing thinking supports learning. Matthew Johnson revisited the House Hippo and the importance of checking information. These conversations made space for curiosity and disagreement.

And WOW did people listen – 1,000 downloads by listeners from 6 continents (every one, except Antarctica), with the vast majority in Canada.

We’re carrying that momentum and the same spirit of curiosity into Season 2, and we’re looking  ahead to questions that reach from classrooms into communities:

How can schools protect student data?

What does AI mean for the environment (including weighing AI’s potential to support climate solutions against the resources needed to power it)?

Where might AI help a community organization with limited time and resources?

All of that, plus exploration of new approaches to learning:

Could a conversation with an AI help students show their understanding?

How do we strengthen trust between students and teachers in a world with AI?

We’re excited to explore these questions while keeping human relationships and critical thinking at the centre.

There’s room in this conversation for educators, parents, community leaders and anyone wondering how AI fits into everyday life. You don’t need a technical background to join us, just curiosity and a willingness to ask questions.

The first two episodes of Season 2 are already out! Listen now and get ready for a new season, with incredible new guests and new ideas to help education flourish in a world with AI!
